J’aimerais vous écrire quelques mots à propos de ce qui me semble être le coeur battant de Coucool, le désir profond que l’autre soit heureux.se : la bienveillance. Une bien belle idée me direz-vous, mais comment la mettre en oeuvre ? Voici quelques suggestions, mais je vous invite aussi à imaginer et coucooler les vôtres.

I hope all is well for you since next time. I would like to write you a few words about what seems to me the beating heart of Coucool, the profound desire to make everyone happy : benevolence.
A beautiful idea indeed, you would say, but how to apply it? Here are a few suggestions, but I also encourage you to imagine and coucool yours.

Coucooler l'autre, c'est l’inviter et le découvrir.

La malveillance n'est pas coucool.

Comportements à caractère sexiste, raciste ou LGBTphobe, moquerie, vol, harcèlement, agression, etc. n’ont pas leur place à Coucool.
Signaler à un membre de l'équipe toute attitude malveillante, que vous en soyez victime ou témoin. Les personnes à leur origine seront exclues.

Coucool dure 2 jours.

Du vendredi 21 septembre 16h au dimanche 23 septembre 12h.
Toute entrée sera refusée et il n'y aura plus de navette après 20h le vendredi 21 septembre.
Aucune entrée ne sera possible le samedi.

Chaque participant.e s’engage à contribuer humainement.

Soit en proposant de réaliser un projet artistique, une activité ou toute initiative coucool : un véhicule mutant, un cours de bilboquet, un atelier de confection de cadeaux, une compétition de cheval bâton, un stand ambulant de teq paf, une conférence, un air carwash, etc.
Soit en accordant au moins 2h de son temps pour une mission bénévole de jour ou de nuit : accueillir et guider les participant.e.s, leur distribuer à manger, à boire, s’assurer de leur bien-être mais aussi gérer les toilettes de nuit, etc.

La programmation est dévoilée sur place.

Venir sans attente, c'est ne pas être déçu.e. Coucool est un lieu de découverte.

Le lieu est à 40 minutes de Paris.

Cars payants directs depuis et vers Paris.
40 minutes en voiture depuis Paris.
40 minutes en transilien depuis Paris + 5 minutes de navette gratuite.

Nourritures et boissons sont incluses.

Du vendredi soir au dimanche matin : en quantité, pour tous les goûts, toutes les religions et toutes les ascendances alimentaires.

Un espace de camping est à disposition.

Tu pourras te reposer sur une mer de sable, sous les étoiles, entouré.e par les arbres.

Coucool lasts 2 days.

Every participant gets involved as a volunteer.

Either by proposing doing an artistic project, an activity or any coucool initiative : a pimped ride, a ring and pin lesson, a gift crafting workshop, a hobby horsing championship, a mobile tequila shots stand, a conference, an air carwash, etc.
Either by giving at least 2 hours of your time for a volunteer mission by day or by night : welcoming and guiding the participants, distributing meals or drinks, ensuring their well-being, but also managing the toilets by night, etc.

The program is revealed on site.

Coming with no expectations is the best way to not be disappointed. Coucool is a place of discovery.

The location is 40 minutes from Paris.

Direct buses from & to central Paris (with fee).
40 minutes drive from downtown Paris.
40 minutes train ride from downtown Paris + 5 minutes of free shuttle bus.

Food and drinks are included.

From Friday night to Sunday morning : there will be plenty for all tastes, religions, and dietary requirements.

A camping space is available.

You can sleep on a sea of sand, under the stars, surrounded by trees.

Les événements de l’association Coucool sont strictement réservés à ses adhérent.e.s. C'est pour cela qu’est demandé à chacun.e d’en respecter les principes et d’y adhérer en son nom propre lors du paiement de sa contribution.

Une contribution comprend les cinq repas du vendredi soir au dimanche matin, les boissons ainsi que les trajets en navette depuis et vers la gare la plus proche le vendredi soir et le dimanche matin.

Coucool’s events are strictly reserved to members of Coucool association. That’s why it’s asked for anyone who wants to participate to respect its principles and to join the association on his/her behalf when paying its contribution.

Contributions include the meals from Friday night until Sunday morning, drinks, and free shuttle from and to the closest train station on Friday night and Sunday morning.

De quoi s’agit-il ?

La solidarité et le don font partie des principes de Coucool ; c’est pourquoi nous voulons donner la possibilité à ceux qui n’ont pas la capacité physique (handicap) ou financière (précarité) de venir facilement. Ils.elles peuvent dès lors bénéficier d’une contribution réduite à 75€.

À qui le tarif solidaire s’adresse-t’il ?

Peut candidater toute personne qui ne pourrait pas profiter pleinement de l’événement :
- Personne à mobilité réduite ou en situation de handicap mental
- Personne dont le niveau de vie ne permet pas une telle dépense pour un moment de plaisir.
Seront demandés en justificatif la carte d'invalidité ou les feuille de salaire de moins de 3 mois inférieures au SMIC ainsi que les justificatifs de chômage, RSA ou prime d'activité.

Donation and solidarity are the core values of Coucool, that’s why we want to enable people who don’t have the physical or financial ability to come to Coucool. They can apply for a subvention and benefit from a reduced ticket price of 75€.

Who is it for ?

Anyone who cannot fully enjoy the event :
- because of a mental or physical disability
- because of a financial situation that cannot allow to afford a moment of fun.
Invalidity card will be asked for as written proof or recent wage slips (less than 3 months) as well as official documents for unemployment, RSA or activity allowance.

Coucool
C’est le premier mot de l’étranger curieux, qui surprend puis rassure. En même temps que ce salut, tout ce qui nous entoure devient soudainement coucool à son tour. Tout ce qui vibre et qui scintille, tout ce qui est fait pour me plaire et m’amuser, toutes les personnes qui m’entraînent par la main pour me montrer ce qu’elles ont trouvé par là-bas.

C’est le spectre particulier des couleurs de l’arc-en-ciel à ce moment de l’année, la musique qui prend le rythme de plusieurs cœurs à la fois, la lueur de la boule à facettes sur nos plumages volages, et l’amour qui coule à flots.

Coucool
It is the greeting of the curious stranger, that surprises then reassures. Simultaneously with this greeting, everything around us becomes suddenly coucool itself. Any vibration and sparkle, anything made to please and entertain me, all the people taking me by the hand, to show me what they found here and there.

It is the particular spectrum of rainbow colours at this time of year, music taking the rhythm of multiple hearts at once, glow of the disco ball on our flighty feathers, and love flowing strongly and freely.
