J’aimerais vous écrire quelques mots à propos de ce qui me semble être le coeur battant de Coucool, le désir profond que l’autre soit heureux.se : la bienveillance. Voici quelques suggestions pour la mettre en oeuvre, mais je vous invite à en imaginer encore bien d’autres.

I hope all is well since next time. I would like to write you a few words about what seems to me to be the beating heart of Coucool, the profound desire to make others happy : benevolence. Here are a few suggestions for doing so, but I invite you to imagine many more.
Coucooler l'autre, c'est l’inviter et le découvrir.
- Tout être bienveillant est bienvenu.
- Les coucools n’ont pas d’âge.
Coucoolons les barrières qui nous éloignent des autres et de nous-mêmes.
- Coucool souhaite être un espace inclusif, LGBT & Queer friendly.
- Spontanéité et oubli de l’égo.
Chacun.e coucoole de ses propres ailes.

- Préserver la surprise de chacun.e en gardant précieusement pour soi ou ses proches les images que l’on prend de l’événement.
Coucoolons sans compter.
- Venir avec de petits présents à offrir à la volée, à son âme sœur ou à un.e inconnu.e.
- Proposer son aide à un.e bénévole ou membre de l’équipe qui semble en avoir besoin.
Préservons la nature, écosystème des coucools.
- Rien d’autre que nos corps ne doit toucher le sol ; aucun mégot, confetti, paillette, etc.
- Ramasser tout ce qui est par terre, même si nous n’en sommes pas la source.
Coucoole les autres sans leur marcher dessus.
- Être responsable de soi, de ses paroles et de ses actes.
- Le respect du consentement est incontestable. Peu importe son état, ou celui de l’autre.
La malveillance n'est pas coucool.
- Comportements à caractère sexiste, raciste ou LGBTphobe, moquerie, vol, harcèlement, agression, etc. n’ont pas leur place à Coucool.
- Signaler à un membre de l'équipe toute attitude malveillante, que vous en soyez victime ou témoin. Les personnes à leur origine seront exclues.

Let’s protect the nature, coucool people’s ecosystem.
- Nothing else apart from our own bodies must hit the ground ; no cigarette bud, confetti, glitter etc.
- Pick up any trash on the ground, even though it is not yours.
Coucool others without getting in their way.
- Be accountable for yourself, your acts and your words.
- Respecting consent is key. Whatever your state may be or anyone else’s.
Ill-will is not coucool.
- Coucool condemns any behaviour known as sexist, racist, anti-LGBTQ, mocking, stealing, stalking, assault, etc.
- Notify a member of the team of any ill-will behaviour you may witness or endure.

Où coucoole-t-on ?
- En Sologne, à 2h de route en voiture au sud de Paris.
- Pour venir, une plateforme de covoiturage par ici et des billets de bus direct par là.
Comment participer ?
- En participant : s’engager à respecter les principes de la communauté, s’engager à contribuer humainement - 100% des personnes présentes participent activement à Coucool, par une mission bénévole de 2h ou par une proposition de projet coucool (artistique, sportif, méditatif, etc.) - et apporter sa contribution financière.
- En participant encore plus : devenir Super-Éros en s’impliquant sur une mission de plus de 2h, avant ou pendant Coucool. Infos : yoni@cou.cool.
À quel prix ?
- Celui que nous essayons de rendre le plus juste possible pour rendre chacun.e heureux.se pendant Coucool. Il n'y a aucune dépense d'argent sur place. Il nous tient à cœur, en accord avec nos principes, d'exclure toute démarche commerciale (sponsoring, merchandising, etc.). Le détail de nos dépenses sur la dernière édition est disponible dans le bilan 2019.

Quels sont les tarifs réduits ?
- Tarif Local.e (35€) - pour les habitant.e.s de Nouan-le-Fuzelier et communes limitrophes, avec accès seulement à partir du samedi midi - sur envoi de justificatif de domicile à : eros@cou.cool.
- Tarif Montage-démontage (85€) : épuisé.
- Tarif Super-Éros Nocturne (85€) : épuisé.
- Tarif Solidaire (85€) - pour coucooler au plus grand nombre : peut candidater toute personne qui ne pourrait pas profiter pleinement de l’événement (situation de handicap), ou dont le niveau de vie ne permet pas une dépense pour un moment de plaisir (précarité) - pour postuler, remplir le formulaire Solidaire. - Tarif Communauté (150€) : épuisé.
Qu'est-ce qui est inclus ?
- Tout sauf le transport ! Programmation continue, activités participatives, repas, boissons, camping et parking. Aucun échange d’argent sur place.
- L’hébergement en chambres sur site n’est pas inclus mais disponible (65€ le week-end) pour les personnes en situation de handicap, les familles avec enfant de moins de 16 ans et les personnes de plus de 45 ans. Infos : eros@cou.cool.

- Oui, Coucool accueille les familles cette année ! Pour garantir les meilleures conditions d'accueil il est impératif de nous écrire en amont : eros@cou.cool.
Quoi de doux pour les yeux, quoi de beau pour les oreilles ?
- Venir sans attente, c'est ne pas être déçu.e : Coucool est un lieu de découverte dont la programmation est dévoilée sur place.
Quelles consignes pour ne laisser aucune trace ?
- Apporter sa propre gourde/ecocup et ses couverts, évitant le gaspillage plastique.
- Apporter des consommables uniquement biodégradables (gel douche, shampooing, crème solaire, paillettes).
Dans ma valise il y a… quelque chose à ne pas oublier ?
- De petits cadeaux, à offrir à la volée. Éviter les produits manufacturés provenant de loin.

- Étymologie : Mot-valise composé de coucou et cool (ou de comète et roucoule selon
d’autres sources).
coucool \ kukɔɔl \ masculin et féminin identiques - Adjectif : Objet, personne ou situation à caractère spontané, bienveillant et réjouissant - « Jack et son panda sautèrent ensemble dans la piscine à boules. - Si de nouvelles mesures du gouvernement pour faire face au Covid-19 menaient à une annulation de l’événement, les contributions seront remboursées en intégralité, sauf frais de location de billetterie.

How to participate ?
- By committing to respect the principles of the community and to contribute personally - 100% of the people present actively take part in Coucool, either by a 2-hour volunteer mission or by submitting a coucool project (artistic, sportive, meditative...) - as well as a financial contribution.
- By further engaging in the project and thus becoming a Super-Eros : get involved in a mission beyond the required 2 hours, before or during Coucool. Info : yoni@cou.cool.
At what price ?
- The one we try to set as fair as possible to make everyone happy during Coucool. There is no money spent by participants on site. It is important to us, in harmony with our principles, to exclude any commercial approach (sponsoring, merchandising, etc.). Details of our expenses for the last edition are available in our 2019 report.
- Payment in instalments is open for the first time.
- Admissions Early Bird (169€), Coucool (180€), Late (190€), Procrastination (199,99€) and Pleasure of giving Joy of receiving (225€) and Sponsor (starting at 250€) are all sold out.

- Local admission (35€) - for the inhabitants of surrounding towns, with access only from Saturday midday - on sending proof of address to : eros@cou.cool.

- Solidarity admission (85€) - to coucool with as many people as possible: anyone who cannot fully enjoy the event (handicapped), or whose standards of living does not allow them an expense for a moment of pleasure (precarity) can apply by filling-in the Solidarity form. What's included ?
- Everything except for transport! Continuous programming, participatory activities, meals, drinks, camping and parking. No need for any money on site.

What are the instructions to leave no trace ?

- Etymology : Portmanteau word composed of Coucou
(French for ‘Hello’, also the onomatopoetia "Cuckoo") & Cool
coucool \ kukɔɔl \ male and female identical - Adjective : Object, person or situation particularly spontaneous, caring and joyful - "Jack and his panda jumped into the ball pool together. Their day was coucool for sure..." (Éros Sélavy, 1927). Other use : to greet one's friend in a coucool context - "Hey Coucool bro/sis !”
- Common noun : Peculiar bird known for dancing in groups at sunset to percussive rhythms,
named after the sound it makes when satisfied.

Not to be confused with : those (many) English speakers not yet fully accustomed to the French tongue must avoid the word “coucouilles” \ kukɔi ; a pejorative term for testicles. - Verb : To ignite part or all of one's being,

What if we were not to meet ?
- In the situation of Covid-19, if Coucool was cancelled because of governmental decisions, everyone would be fully reimbursed, minus the ticketing fees of Weezevent. In any other case, if Coucool happens but you can no longer attend, there will be no refund and you will have to resell your contribution yourself.

Tu es devenu.e un.e véritable Éros prêt.e à apporter ta contribution humaine au projet Coucool.
Une autre contribution que tu vas à présent apporter est financière, elle est l’unique source de revenus pour l’association afin d’organiser l’événement qui nous rassemblera. Elle est aussi ton unique dépense pour celui-ci en dehors du transport tout est inclus : programmation continue, activités participatives, repas, boissons, camping et parking.
Les contributions sont valables pour la totalité de l’événement du vendredi 14 août 16h au dimanche 16 août 14h. Aucune entrée ne sera possible passé 20h le vendredi.
Il t’est demandé d’adhérer en ton nom propre à l’association (te permettant notamment d’accéder à un tarif réduit pour l’édition suivante) et d’en respecter les principes.
You have become a true Eros ready to bring your human contribution to the Coucool project.
Another contribution that you are now going to bring is financial, it is the only source of income for the association to organize the event that will bring us together.
